We know that research tells us that a fully-staffed, flexibly-scheduled elementary school library is best for students and their academic achievement. Sadly, that is not the reality for most of us. Two veteran elementary school librarians will share how they learned to survive and thrive in an elementary library. We'll offer some tricks and tips for making your time more productive with a fixed schedule.
