Lean budgets and staffing cuts make administrators look for ways to use librarians other than as we were intended. This session will show you the types of data you should be collecting and sharing with your stakeholders as a quantifiable way of demonstrating your value to the school community. This data can be used as documentation to back up budget requests, to inform grant requests, and to advocate for staffing assistance.
